The scale is just a number. Does it matter? Of course. Does it determine how much progress you’ve made? Sometimes. Does it tell you how much endurance you’ve built, how many inches you’ve lost, muscle you’ve gained? Not necessarily. Keep your heads up, do not let a number hold you back.
This was embarrassing for me to post. No make up, drenched in sweat. But I think it shows something, it shows that everything takes hard work and it won’t always come easy. It may be tough now, but it’ll be worth it later.
School Day Food!
481 calories—can eat throughout the school day.
Broccoli(104g), fiber wheat thin w/ peanut butter(less than a tablespoon), salad with: chicken(4 oz), strawberries(3 oz) and one cheesestick sliced. (*no dressing)
VERY FILLING!
Prepare the chicken the night before for easy preparation in the morning.
