Current, what do you all think?!


Today’s weigh in! My scales have me at two different weights. The digital scale has me at 128.8; while the other one has me really close to 125. I record every Saturday using the digital scale so to be consistent I’m recording today’s as 128.8.

This is a .6 loss over a week. IM PROUD. It may not sound like much but considering this is my 11th week of a living a healthy lifestyle, I have already dropped a ton of fat pounds. I eat close to a 1400 calories a day, btw.

Exercise for The Week:

 Sunday - Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 2

Monday - 25 minute treadmill workout(intense intervals) & Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 2

Tuesday - Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 2

Wednesday - 25 minute treadmill workout(intense intervals) & Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 2

Thursday - Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 3

Friday - 25 minute treadmill workout(intense intervals)

And I’ll add today’s workout at a later time.

Overall:

Proud that I have mastered level two of the 30 Day Shred, even with all the sweat, and can move on the the third and final level! I’m gradually trying to increase to an hour a day work out week. Slow but I’ve made progress; I CAN DO A PUSH UP!? Yes, it’s true. 30DS shred is no joke, and has me more toned than I have ever been.

Also on the nutrition side of the week, EXCELLENT. (I’ll do a detailed nutrition plan later)

The scale is just a number. Does it matter? Of course. Does it determine how much progress you’ve made? Sometimes. Does it tell you how much endurance you’ve built, how many inches you’ve lost, muscle you’ve gained? Not necessarily. Keep your heads up, do not let a number hold you back.
