Finished Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. Now I will do her Ripped in 30 DVD with intensive cardio on the side, starting Sunday!

Jillian Michaels Body Revolution

Advancing in my fitness has been a blessing. It has helped me with struggles about myself, and as been somewhat of a reassurance outlet for when things pile up socially/emotionally.

I plan on ordering Jillian Michaels Body Revolution this week. It is a 90 day program that I know I will see results with & feel great. I say this because I’m a huge advocate of her workouts. They are what have helped me lose weight.

I am considering reporting in each day on my journey with Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I would like to know if any of my follows would be interested in seeing my journey/reviews of this product?

Set up my fitness board for 2012! I have all of January set out with things I’d like to accomplish.

Sorry I have not been posting a lot, but I am saving up for a new computer since my last one was stolen and then found..shattered. Thank you to all my followers, and I’m doing my best to improve my tumblr..slowly but surely!

I have finally hit the 15 pound mark, and plan on posting a new progress picture when I lose five more. Been battling a cold for a week and a half, hoping to be back in the swing of things in time for January’s new fitness plans!

January will have a lot more self progress rants(personal), and will still have reblogs of pictures. Thank you for all of your support and encouragement, I’m finally working my way to where I wanna be!

A little disappointed

Developing a throat illness after the 2 most stressful weeks of my life. Havent been eating as healthy either, but have been continuing to exercise. Hoping to get back in ass kicking mode soon. Let me know how you’ve all been?!

Today’s weigh in! My scales have me at two different weights. The digital scale has me at 128.8; while the other one has me really close to 125. I record every Saturday using the digital scale so to be consistent I’m recording today’s as 128.8.

This is a .6 loss over a week. IM PROUD. It may not sound like much but considering this is my 11th week of a living a healthy lifestyle, I have already dropped a ton of fat pounds. I eat close to a 1400 calories a day, btw.

Exercise for The Week:

 Sunday - Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 2

Monday - 25 minute treadmill workout(intense intervals) & Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 2

Tuesday - Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 2

Wednesday - 25 minute treadmill workout(intense intervals) & Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 2

Thursday - Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 3

Friday - 25 minute treadmill workout(intense intervals)

And I’ll add today’s workout at a later time.


Proud that I have mastered level two of the 30 Day Shred, even with all the sweat, and can move on the the third and final level! I’m gradually trying to increase to an hour a day work out week. Slow but I’ve made progress; I CAN DO A PUSH UP!? Yes, it’s true. 30DS shred is no joke, and has me more toned than I have ever been.

Also on the nutrition side of the week, EXCELLENT. (I’ll do a detailed nutrition plan later)
